Standard Birth Package
Prenatal Visits
After our initial meet and greet, we will schedule a prenatal appointment where we will get to know each other a little bit better. We’ll cover your birth preferences, labor positions and comfort measures, any needed resources, your birth plan, as well as any questions you may have.
Labor & Birth
At the onset of labor, I am available to you whenever you feel that you need me. I will stay with you throughout your labor offering physical, emotional, and instructional support as desired.

Postpartum Support
After birth, I will remain with you until you and baby are comfortable and settled in. A follow up visit will be schedule for 1-2 weeks after birth. At this visit, we will discuss your thoughts about the birth and any additional resources you need.
